  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We may not accept returns if the item is damaged due to misuse or is missing parts.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Used or installed auto parts

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with the next steps

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers may need to pay return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Send clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
